2010 CHAPTER MEETING FOOD & BEVERAGE INFORMATION
In order to control our costs in 2010, we will be offering only coffee, tea and juice at our monthly HRP meetings. In 2009 we found that providing food was driving our chapter significantly out of budget in our expenses. We discussed this change at several chapter meetings in the fall and in November the Board made a final vote on the issue. If you have any questions about this change, please reach out to our chapter President.

PHRC PROPOSED GUIDANCE ON CRIMINAL CONVICTIONS
The Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission (“PHRC”) has proposed guidance on criminal convictions. The proposed guidance is intended to assist public and private employers, employment agencies and labor unions in their efforts to comply with the employment provisions found in the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act.
