Make this the year you earn your PHR ®, SPHR ®, GPHR™ certification. Apply this year to take the exam during the current testing window. Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) now offers all exams by computer-based testing (CBT) at more than 250 Thomson Prometric testing centers. With CBT, you will be able to:
- Schedule your exam any day, Monday through Saturday
- Find out preliminary pass/fail results immediately
- Use an on-screen calculator
- Mark more difficult questions to return to later

Villanova Sponsored Program - Hosted by HRP of Central PA, the Villanova program provides classroom instruction and SHRM Learning System study materials.
Certification Reimbursement Opportunity!
HRP is offering to one recently certified HRP member the reimbursement of certification costs including study materials and exam fee, up to $695. The successful person will have passed their PHR/SPHR/GPHR or any portion of his/her CEBS designation in the 2013 and will not have received any reimbursement from their employer for these costs. To determine the recipient, points will be assigned for participation on HRP committees & Board as well as meetings, Lunch & Learns and conference attendance. In the event of a tie, a drawing will be held to determine the recipient.

CEBS Study Group Continues in 2013
HRP is partnering with the local CEBS chapter to offer another CEBS Study Group, this time studying Group Health Plan Design.
