Make this the year you earn your PHR ®, SPHR ®, GPHR™ certification. Apply this year to take the exam during the current testing window. Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI) now offers all exams by computer-based testing (CBT) at more than 250 Thomson Prometric testing centers. With CBT, you will be able to:
- Schedule your exam any day, Monday through Saturday
- Find out preliminary pass/fail results immediately
- Use an on-screen calculator
- Mark more difficult questions to return to later

Villanova Sponsored Program - Hosted by HRP of Central PA, the Villanova program provides classroom instruction and SHRM Learning System study materials.
Certification Reimbursement Opportunity!
HRP is offering to one recently certified HRP member the reimbursement of certification costs including study materials and exam fee, up to $695. The successful person will have passed their PHR/SPHR/GPHR in the May/June 2012 testing window and will not have received any reimbursement from their employer for these costs. To determine the recipient, points will be assigned for participation on HRP committees & Board as well as meetings, Lunch & Learns and conference attendance. In the event of a tie, a drawing will be held to determine the recipient.
In order to apply for an opportunity to receive the reimbursement, complete the certification reimbursement application by August 31, 2012. Please note the complete eligibility requirements are listed on the application.

New for 2012 – CEBS Study Group!
Starting in January and running through May, HRP is partnering with the local CEBS chapter to offer a CEBS Study Group.
