Recruit/Select Specialist
Milton Hershey School is looking for a Recruit/Select Specialist. This position is responsible for developing, implementing, maintaining and improving innovative recruitment strategies. This includes the ability to proactively source a pool of highly qualified and diverse applicants who are dedicated, strive for excellence, exhibit integrity, and are student-centered. It also includes the ability to help design and improve selection systems, and to work with hiring leaders to ensure the best possible hiring practices and decisions.
This recruiting position will be focused on recruitment for Home Life, including both Houseparent and Transitional Living recruiting.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required. Majors in Business with a concentration in Human Resources, Psychology or a closely related field a plus. Master’s degree a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in recruiting OR MHS experience in Home Life supplemented with HR studies/HR work experience.
- Diversity recruitment experience preferred.
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus.
- Excellent communication skills required including verbal, written and platform.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and internet required. HRIS and/or E-Recruiting experiences a plus.
- Must be able to travel, stand for extended time and do some lifting.
Minimum Salary: $48,920.00
