In this position, you will be responsible for recruiting the best talent in the industry to ensure the immediate and long term staffing needs of the organization are met, developing and implementing retention strategies, and providing consultation to our management team on complex HR issues.  Other responsibilities will include assisting in providing training to employees, as well as ensuring all HR processes and practices are meeting regulatory requirements. 

Requirements for this position include a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of 3 years in a professional generalist role.  The successful candidate must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as strong problem-solving and customer service skills. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities in a fast pace environment are a must. A strong knowledge of employment law, proficiency in PC skills to include MS Office suite, and knowledge of HRIS systems are required.  Knowledge of PeopleSoft and affirmative action are a plus.
