Management Development Specialist

Capital BlueCross, Central Pennsylvania and the Lehigh Valley's market leader who has been providing healthcare coverage for over 70 years, is seeking a professional to develop and implement new and existing leadership and management training programs.

This position is responsible for the development and maintenance of a multi-level management curriculum, including course design and delivery of the components. Responsibilities include interaction with all levels of management to support the company's performance management programs and succession planning.

This position requires at least two years of work experience in training delivery and design (preferably in a management development role), two years of experience managing staff, and a bachelor's degree, preferably in training and development or a related field. Additional requirements include MS Office proficiency, presentation skills, and strong proven oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of needs assessments tools, succession planning processes, adult learning theory, and HR trends and practices are desirable.
