- Develop and implement strategies to engage SPHR and Senior H.R members in the chapter activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to continually improve the individual talents of our membership.
- Develop and implement strategies to utilize technology for effective, timely communications.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve member engagement in the chapter activities.
- Design, develop and provide programs that appeal to all segments of our membership (SPHR, PHR, and non-certified).
- Share the roles & expectations of all Board members; communicate Strategic Plan accomplishments with Chapter.
- Achieve Superior Merit award for 2009.
- Promote opportunities for networking & problem-solving for all chapter members beyond regular chapter meetings.
- Provide business updates in addition to legal/legislative updates on a monthly basis.; provide information regarding business, leadership and professional training opportunities in our community.
- Implement and grow New Member Orientation program in 2009.
- Recognize committee volunteerism at each HRP chapter meeting.
- Grow national SHRM membership __% by 12/31/09;.grow chapter membership by ___% by 12/31/09.
