Topic:	Legal & Legislative Update and Employment Law Q&A InformationTodd and Kevin will provide clear and concise explanations to many of the complex issues surrounding labor and employment law. Particular attention will be paid to expected legislative developments for 2009 as they relate to the employment relationship, both nationally and in Pennsylvania. Learning Objectives: Develop a thorough knowledge of legal issues including the latest developments involving the FLSA, ADA and FMLA. Review legislative developments and initiatives with respect to key labor and employment laws. Respond to other topical issues raised by the members in advance of the meeting. We are interested in collecting questions from you concerning employment law that you would like Attorneys Shill and Gold to address during the January program. The questions you submit will help ensure that we focus on the legal issues and topics that are important to you. Any identifying information will be kept confidential. We encourage you to submit your questions to help ensure this program is valuable to all. Please submit your questions to Dawn Losiewicz at hrpofcentralpa@pamedsoc.org by January 11, 2009. She will compile the questions and comments for Attorneys Shill and Gold.
