Sponsorship Opportunities

Human Resource Professionals of Central PA (HRP of Central PA) promotes opportunities which provide tools and resources for our members. You can get involved with our chapter by sponsoring one of our many events, listed below!

Monthly Chapter Meeting Sponsor:
4th Tuesday of each month

$500
  • 1 month of advertising on HRPages (with the option to purchase 3 additional months of HRPages advertising for 50% off)
  • HRP of Central PA E-gram announcement four weeks prior to sponsorship with active link to sponsor's webpage (upon receipt of full payment)
  • Networking time with members before the chapter meeting
  • Option to provide sponsor information at each attendee's seat or at information table
  • 10 minutes to describe company and services offered to HR Professionals

HR Pages

Member Rate: $50 (one-month ad listing)
Non-Member Rate: $75 (one-month ad listing)

Requirements
  • Electronic files are preferred. PC format is preferred, but MAC is accepted. Acceptable file formats for logos are Adboe Photoshop, .eps, .jpg, or .tif files. There will be a $58 per hour charge for unusable graphics that must be reformatted.
  • Logos must measure 1" in width.
  • Please be sure that any files submitted are lowe resolution (72dpi) and are at 100% size.
  • Send your company description in a word document. The description should be 600 characters maximum.
  • Send logo and description to mwashington@JPLcreative.com
