2007 Wage Survey

HRP of Central PA will not be administering a wage survey for 2007. The HRPCPA Board will determine whether or not a 2008 survey will be produced after conducting strategic planning meetings in July and August 2007.

2005 Wage Survey

All members of HRP of Central PA, as well as all members of Lancaster and York Chapters, were invited to participate in the Annual Wage Survey. This is the only definitive publication of its kind for the Central PA area. It includes more than 40 industry sectors, and information was collected from companies in the Capital Region, as well as Lancaster and York Counties. Knowing what other employers in Central PA pay their employees is invaluable data to the management of your organization. This is information you need in order to better perform your job.

As an HRP of Central PA member you may purchase the survey for $150. Other nonmember organizations which did not participate can buy the survey for $250.
